With a Support Plan from Blue Gulf Technologies, we become your "virtual systems support and IT department" for your business. We are there when you need us with top-level diagnostic experience and insight as well as the latest "tools of the trade."
How our Support Plan works:
- A Support Plan starts with a pre-defined number of support units and each completed service means a deduction of units from the appropriate plan.
- The response time for all Support Plan is within 4 hours between Mon-Fri (9am-6pm).
- Support units may be used to cover other core services, inclusive of project implementation.
- Monthly report is available to customer that reflects the incidents attended and units balance, useful for tracking and monitoring usage of service

Purchase a number of incidents from us and we will deduct one incident unit when it is resolved irregardless of PC/Server/LAN/WAN. | Unlimited incidents! We will respond and resolve any PC/Server/LAN/WAN issues, no deduction of units involved. |
